Coaching where the coach signs your accounts.

Forever Fixed is a 12-month room for construction company owners between £1m and £15m. Your own accountant, your own monthly pack, and nine businesses like yours to measure against. One number a month. One decision. Nobody hides.

Most construction coaching is built on sand.

1

The coach doesn't prepare your numbers

They "review your P&L". Someone else produced it. If it books applications as sales, every conversation starts wrong.

2

Advice lands before the foundations

Pricing, hiring and growth strategies on a business that can't yet see margin by job or cash eight weeks out.

3

Nobody is accountable for the filing

The coach isn't on the hook for the CIS return, the VAT or the tax bill. We are. It changes the advice.

Forever Fixed is coaching on numbers we produce and stand behind, with the people who produce them in the room.

What you get for a year

Four things you can't buy from an accountant, a coach, or a mastermind on their own.

Decisions actually get made

Ninety minutes online, once a month, ten owners, one number: labour, margin by job, cash, pricing. You leave with one decision and a date. Next month, nine people know whether you did it.

Your numbers against nine like you

Same sector, same size, same pack, prepared by the same firm. When your labour is 42% of certified value and the room is at 33%, that's not a benchmark from a report. It's someone across the table telling you what they did about it.

The quarterly day

In person. Your quarterly review done live with a senior accountant, then the afternoon with the group on the quarter's number, plus a guest worth having: a construction solicitor on retention bonds, a lender on what they actually look for. Lunch included. Numbers not optional.

And in between: the group

A WhatsApp group of the ten, moderated by us. Which merchant's credit terms are worth having. What that main contractor's QS is like. Whether the excavator's worth it. No selling. Plus the December planning day, where next year's one page gets written.

What it isn't

Motivation. Mindset. A freedom roadmap. If you want to feel better about your business, there are people who do that well. Forever Fixed is for owners who want the business to make more money and are willing to have it measured.

Sits on top of a Taxtful retainer or the 90 Day Profit Reset. If you're not yet a client, that's the first conversation.

Who it's for

  • Owners of construction companies, £1m to £15m turnover
  • You get a monthly pack, or you're about to
  • You'll share numbers with nine peers, under NDA
  • Two hours a month and one day a quarter, in the diary
  • You'd rather be told than reassured

Who it isn't for

  • Sole traders or businesses under £1m
  • Anyone looking for motivation rather than decisions
  • Owners who won't bring the pack
  • Anyone in direct competition with an existing member (we check)

Questions

I'm not sharing my numbers with competitors.

Nobody in the room competes with you; that's a selection rule, not a promise. Everyone signs the same NDA. And the person who benefits most from your numbers being on the table is you, once you see them next to someone else's.

How much time does it take?

Two hours a month and one day a quarter. Less than you spend on the one job that goes wrong because nobody spotted it in time.

What if I don't have a monthly pack yet?

Then the 90 Day Profit Reset comes first. It builds the pack. Most members do the Reset, then join the room.

Can I leave?

It's a twelve-month commitment because the room only works if it's stable. If you leave early, you lose the founder rate and can't come back at it.

Who runs it?

Chris Neuman, founder of Taxtful, with the senior accountant who prepares your pack. Not a facilitator who's read your P&L on the train.
