Full detailsOne fixed fee, agreed up front
Your proposal sets out a single monthly fee covering everything in scope. It doesn't go up because you asked a question, and it doesn't change unless your business does. Fees start from £1,200 a month, and most clients pay between £1,400 and £3,200 depending on transaction volume, headcount and how many jobs are live.
Software is included: we use cloud accounting with construction-specific job costing and CIS built in, and we set it all up for you.
Deadlines we own
- CIS returns: filed by the 19th of every month
- PAYE and CIS payments: calculated and told to you by the 15th
- VAT returns: submitted a week before the deadline
- Management accounts: within 10 working days of month-end
- Year-end accounts: draft within 8 weeks of year-end
- Corporation tax: planned before year-end, never after
